Physics is the study of nature and natural phenomena. As told by Einstein, Physics is essentially an intuitive and concrete science whereas Mathematics is only a means for expressing the laws that govern phenomena. However, we cannot ignore the importance of mathematics in studying and understanding the physical phenomenon. In another sense, Mathematics is the language of physics.
Department of Physics, BBK College offers both qualitative and practical prospects of physics. With a large number of practical appliances and a well-equipped darkroom as well as a computer laboratory, students are welcome to learn physics with a motivation to understand nature.
Students are encouraged to carry out field work and perform innovative work.
